You have requested critiques on this, but I'm not sure if I can say anything with that thought and depth, but I can try to write down my thoughts at least? Here I go:
First of all, it is very beautiful. The warm pink is a good contrast against the blue background, and catch you eye. It makes the character be in centrum of the picture. The girl is on the left side of the picture, which gives that side a weight. But, on the other side we have a darker and more empty part, and that "balance up" the composition! The empty space has distinct forms, and makes the drawing easy to look at. The small jellyfishes also helps the depth, the perspective, by being behind the girl and further away in the sea.
If I would say something to improve, it would be to just make a little bit bigger space between the girl's hair and the border of the picture. I think that just a little bigger space there would improve the floating feeling, and maybe create an even more distinct form!
But as I said, it is a really beautiful picture.

Oh and I have to say this too!!!! I don't want to put any stars as critiques, because I think it is hard to decide an artwork's quality in stars. It feels like a strange way to grade things to me. So don't look at the stars, your artwork is something I can't grade with them! Sorry.
